Implementation of AV management

·           Your AV environment can be managed by an internal department or outsourced based upon a service contract. In both cases you need to have the proper support processes in place. We can support you in defining and implementing these processes and create Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with you. Also we can support you from our independent position by negotiating a service contract with any vendor.
